Our most recent yoga teacher training was our 3-Week intensive 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, held at Casa Adelante on the Costa Esmeralda of Nicaragua (just north of the Costa Rican border). During this time together we studied, practiced, played, explored, learned, grew, laughed and evolved. We dove deeply into the realms of yoga and meditation while steeped in the beauty of nature and togetherness.

We currently do not have dates scheduled for a future teacher training intensive.
