Welcome to Your Wild & Wondrous Heart Retreat!  Join us for a 7-night all-inclusive luxury yoga and meditation retreat in the Dominican Republic at the beautiful Natura Cabana Resort. This week in paradise will take us through an adventure and exploration into the depths of our Wild and Wondrous Hearts. We will delight in all our senses through movement, nature, incredible food, and connecting to Self and others.

Each day we will hold yoga and/or meditation sessions with plenty of free time to unplug, rest, journal, receive a massage, go for a walk or swim, take a nap...whatever your heart desires. We will also infuse 3 different local excursions into the week for added adventure and exploration for our wild and wondrous hearts.

What’s included:

  • 7 nights at the luxury Natura Cabana Resort, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

  • Daily meditation and yoga classes with Patti and Jenn.  

  • Local Excursions including Cayo Arena coral islet and 12 Waterfalls hike and zip-lining.   

  • 1 group airport transfer – to/from Santiago Airport (STI).

 
 

Accommodations:

 The retreat center consists of beautiful small cabanas, with its own private beach. Prices per person:

  • Double room with shared bathroom: $2,750

  • Private room with shared bathroom: $3,150

  • An early bird discount is available, offering $200 off the regular retreat price!  To be eligible, you simply pay in full by January 31, 2023.

Each bathroom will be shared between two people, either each with their own bedroom or sharing a bedroom. If you prefer a private room with a private bathroom, please contact us to discuss availability and pricing of this option.


What is NOT included: 

  • Airfare, Spa Treatments (i.e., massages, etc.), additional excursions, drinks & alcoholic beverages.
